In this mission, we had to create or find a recipe of anything and make it in our webpage. I learned how to make ordered and unordered list tags and list item tag to make bullet points for the recipe that I got from another website to make lava cakes at home.
In this mission, I made 2 Haikus and a Limerick, I learned that Haikus have 17 syllables in total with 3 lines, and a Limerick has 5 lines. I also learned how to add white space, bold, italicise, and also add lines between my paragraphs.
For this assignment, I had to create and vectorize three drawings that I chose and turn them into logos. The logos that I chose was to represent an imaginary shop that sells popcorn and delivers them to your house when you watch movies, so some of my logos has a house in it, and I chose to do this because I like to eat popcorn. I made drawings of many possible logos and in the end chose 3 to create 3 more variations and vectorize them by changing color, adding shapes and using the pen tool. The most frustrating part of this part was using the pen tool to trace my sketches that I drew by hand because it was very blurry, and also aligning/arranging the shapes. I think my favorite thing of this assignment was changing the color and also experimenting with other shapes and sizes, and one thing I learned was to always plan ahead because at one point I had a logo that I did not know how to make variations to, so I changed it into another logo. The name of this logo is Popany because it is company that sells popcorn and takes them to your house. I chose this because it was simple and friendly, and I chose this from the other variations because it was more colorful and I liked using the lines around the can, but also because I like this color. I also chose this as my final logo because it described my company better to someone who has never seen it before. During the process, I think that the top of the logo was the hardest part because I had to make it seem as realistic using the pen tool.
1. Which three logos did you choose?
